On Saturday, February 25, 2012 we will be producing our 3RD ANNUAL SWAMP FOX CHILI COOK OFF.

Accent Signs and Promotions (ASAP) is the producer and organizer of this highly successful annual community event. This year, Olde Towne Marion (HMRA) is the designated host of the even.

The first year (2010), the attendance was approximated to be nearly 600 people. In 2011, the gate receipts exceeded 1,400. This year, 2012, the crowd projection is expected to exceed 2,000.  The success is measured by the smiles, the positive attitudes and the requests for more similar community events in the future.

Ticket Sales are generated by local non-profit organizations. Local non-profits are given the opportunity to sell tickets for two weeks prior to the event. They are allowed to keep 100% of the tickets sales for use in their organization. Last year, twelve Marion County organizations participated and collectively earned over $6,600. This money stayed in the county.

Last year, our fabulous and generous sponsors are the ones responsible for funding the logistics of this ever expanding event.

There is a sponsorship opportunity to be a partner in the success of the 3RD Annual Swamp Fox Chili Cook Off. There are six levels of sponsorship. Please keep in mind that your support will be exposed to more than 2,000 people on the day of the event and to many more in the weeks prior to the event in our advertising mediums.
